Andrea began her career as a Cerified Public Accountant at the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse where she performed both audit and tax functions for small and large corporations. Andrea's combined skills as a seasoned development and management professional with a strong background in accounting proves to be a valuable combination in the successful management of residential and commercial properties. Barry Ash Barry is a real estate professional with more than 25 years experience. Barry began his career as an attorney where he specialized in all aspects of real estate law with an emphasis on zoning law. Barry's skills as an attorney, along with his business acumen, proves beneficial to Schubert Properties, LLC as many condominium associations and other real estate owners find themselves faced with legal issues such as foreclosure of units, building violations, zoning problems, and other legal matters.
